Enough navel gazing: for at least one day. It’s time for grandkid piccies.
Last weekend Nikki Dee came for a sleepover. She quite enjoyed "working" on my computer. For a not-quite-four-year-old, she's extremely adept. It's frightening, actually.
After the sleepover, we took her to her dance class on Saturday morning. I took this picture before we got into the car.
Parents etc are not allowed into the dance studio, but Cuppa had managed to sneak in and take these pictures before her first class ever the week before. Cute, eh?
For the longest time Nikki Dee would ignore the camera, but for the past number of months she's been fine with it. Suddenly though, she is beginning to make a bit of an odd face as she forces a smile. It's cute really, and it's just another phase.
So, when we were out on the deck on Thursday, I had to instruct her to not look at the camera. Unlike the old days, it was tough for her, but she managed briefly.
Yes. I did say that we were out on the deck. It finally warmed up enough to get out, and Nikki Dee spent most of Thursday out there.
Nikke Dee took this photos of Buppa sitting on the deck, working on crossowrds and sudokus.
Zach doesn't come for sleepovers yet and spends about two hours sleeping on my 4.5 hour shift, so he doesn't get as much face time with the camera. But he is not to be forgotten. He makes sure of that.
