Of Hats, Panes and Stools

It’s time for a Grand picture party. Get it? Grand as in … oh, you get it already? Sorry.

And it’s Friday. Some of you may recall when Foto Fridays were a regular or semi regular feature here … I mean there … on Raindrops.

We have some in hats, a few by the window pane, and one on the stools.

When it was time to leave Buppa House after her sleepover, she grabbed and donned Buppa Hat. His summer hat. It’s now been put into storage. Cold storage as it were.

Back home, Cuppa made her a paper hat and later found Zach wandering about in a straw hat. Mom had bought it for the A Team wedding two summers ago; it didn’t work out for that event, but it has been kicking around ever since.

Zach

He’s can be quite a mischievous little fellow, and he really enjoys his mischiefisness.

These are the stools from which Nikki Dee loves to do her “Hi Everybody” videos. This time, he had the floor … er … stools.

Zach

There now. Does this feel more like home now?

Credit where credit is due. Most of this batch were taken by Cuppa who pretty well keeps a camera tucked in her bosom. I don’t know whether that’s good or bad. I guess it has its ups and downs — so to speak.

Hey you old coot. ( kindly word) you are a sharp cookie. I have no idea how may poets (bards) in Bardstown. It was settled in 1780 and named for the developer Davis Bard. BTW when I click on your name on the comment list it takes me to Raindrops. I might loose you one of these day. Beautiful photos of the grands. Enjoyed the previous post about the jury. LOL Been there done that. Had to sit on one, once.

Hi AC, priceless in their hats! I have also read about your near juror morning. That is something I don’t think I could do although I realize it would be my duty, but I don’t think I would be very good at having to judge someone even for the most horrible of crimes…..you are not showing on my reader, will try something else. The mountains were absolutely beautiful, the whole trip was….:-) Hugs

I’m so glad you are back to showing us the kiddie antics. Adorable. Thanks for the comment on my blog. I had a hard time getting in to the book too but then couldn’t put it down !

  9. Mary says:

    It looks great!

I can’t get over that gorgeous hair Zach has! He reminds me very much of my grandson Jack in his little mischievous ways! They are a handful!
Do you think that maybe Nikki Dee didn’t want summer to end by wearing your summer hat? Love Di ♥

  11. Yes AC, now this new site does seem like home to all of us who read your posts. Great series of photos and goes to show that having a camera ready is really a good thing when kids are around.

Usually Mom has pretty good taste, but I’m not sure how I feel about the rather intrusive conical paper hat as your accessory at our wedding. I have to say I’m glad you stuck with the bow tie.

    What beautiful kids!
