You’ve seen the next two pictures of my curly-headed grandson.
But last Saturday, Dad took him out for an er em appointment. He came back looking like this.
Oh, what have they done to my curly-headed wonder? Hence the title, Paradise Lost. John Milton wrote that. He also wrote a piece entitled On His Baldness … or … whatever.
But while we’re here, let’s see a few more pics to kinda like cheer me up.
Above: the two of them were climbing all over the little toy piano. Apparently, it is well built.
Below: I tried to get tricky.
I will miss that glorious hair, but I will work on forgiving his parents.
I may even restore them to my will … someday … perhaps.
Oh my, he looks so grown-up without his curls! His hair will grow back though, won’t it?
Oh AC he had such beautiful curls but he is just as handsome with his new haircut. How does he feel about it? …….:-)Hugs
Haircuts always mature those little boy faces. I loved my kids in long hair and held off on the haircuts as long as I could.. so I know how you feel. Now that my boys are all grown up, my older son has his military brush cut and my younger one has hair down to his waist. I guess my love for long hair rubbed off on that one. 😉
My condolences, AC, and it was hard to keep myself from writing hair today, gone tommorrow…whoops couldn’t resist…sorry.
Aww, what a little cutie he is!
Well he is getting to be a big boy now AC. But I agree with you, the curls I will miss!
Love Di ♥
Did they, by any chance, save you a curl ? … and just think of all those gorgeous photos that you can bring out when he’s in his teens…he’ll really thank you then !
I’d recommend that you put the ‘rents back in the will … they’re doing a pretty darn good job with those two cuties.
aww, sorry to see those sweet curls go. hopefully at some age he’ll stamp his foot and let them roll out again.
Lololol…. Don’t you just hate when parents do that???
Hayyp weekend Ac,,
